Good Morning Lotty. A mad dash at the start of every day.
Lotty my last remaing hen has moved into the studio area of my garden, to keep her happy and entertained and not lonely. Well she has taken full advantage. Every day when I open the back door onto my pottery area ,this is where she roosts, Lotty does a sprint into my kitchen. Then there is the peck peck and scrape scrape of her beak on my floor. "Good morning Lotty how are you this fine day?" I say.
Piled in my living room are the latest mail orders, these she inspects. Next a quick inspection of Tintin's bowl and a peck peck there too. My tea does not escape her attention and now she is off back outside, having made sure we are okay she will carry on her grand inspection. I enjoy her brief interaction and feel very much part of her flock.
As ever we have some fine beasts coming on, here is a new one with a Nicky Port skin.
